helpful staff extra door fresh pastries
The staff was helpful. I appreciated that they suggested ideas for local activities. The room exceeded my expectations. It felt quiet due to an extra door after the entryway. Breakfast offered good variety (especially the fresh pastries!).
The gym equipment was a little dated.

the bathroom saw lovely cleanliness and modern features, I have to admit.
i must address a few issues. the room lacked a coffee machine, supplying only a plastic kettle with instant coffee sachets. there wasn't any turndown service to speak of. this disappointed me considering other 5-star establishments.

The room was very clean. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Staff displayed politeness during check-in, which i appreciated. Breakfast had a very aesthetic hall. The air conditioning worked effectively.

Breakfast had a very aesthetic hall. I did notice that the staff seemed a bit slow to refill items, so it might be helpful to ask if you want something specific. Coffee was served hot.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom included heated floors and double sinks, offering a luxurious touch. I also found the room to be very charming. Everything was perfect.

a charmed stay
helpful doorman attentive service detailed attention welcome respite
i was charmed by the doorman helping with my luggage. the front desk gave such a pleasure, it felt really nice to be taken care of. the hotel gave the impression of attention to detail. it provided a welcome respite from self-check-ins.
a minor thing, the hotel didn't have a coffee machine in the room, just a plastic kettle and instant coffee sachets.

my Suite Spa Access room was very clean. it included both a bathtub and a separate shower. two sinks were nice to have, great for a very comfortable experience, especially during my extended stay.

the hotel has a perfect location in the center of the old town. there are many eateries and boutiques close to the hotel. this setup helped a lot because all the things that i wanted to see was close.

lacking bathroom grab rail
There was a wedding on saturday at the venue, it overwhelmed the staff. it made it unpleasant for non-wedding guests. also, i found the bathroom lacking. It had no shower. there wasn't a grab rail on the bath either. talk about inconvenient!

The breakfast was excellent. The buffet included many options. i was happy the hotel welcomes pets. That is important to me. the room was very quiet, great.
